Hello there guys.
How's life?
My life has changed a bunch since my last post which was what? May?
lol
It's crazy, fun, exciting, stressful and so much more all at once.
So let's go back to like June..
I started working out, yah know, like I said I wanted to.
Well, me and the family decided to change a bunch.
We changed our whole diet.
Eating less portions of the food we liked that way we could still have it.
Also eating more salads and stuff. Yummy! I love salad!
We started walking for 30-40 minutes everyday and we would bike ride and such. It was great.
We did that and the mountain stairs all through the summer.
I lost between 20 and 30 pounds.
I'm so proud!! lol
At the end of the summer I started talking to Miller more often, and we hung out a bit, which led me to meeting Dylan.
From then on we I hung out with Miller, Dylan and Tanker.
The four of us are basically always together. =)
It's been hard working out all the time because I have a life now. lol
But I try, and I walk almost everywhere.
It's fun.
I keep eating pizza though, I must knock that off. aha
Or I'll gain all that weight back.
But yeah, we're caught up. I'll add more later.
